As I said earlier this year, I was working to add more produce into my life, and with this cookbook by my side, it’s going to happen.

Melissa’s 50 Best Plants on the Planet was written by Cathy Thomas, and dives into the 50 Best Plants.  This cookbook has a little bit of everything.  Information about these 50 Plants and information on which fruits and veggies have the best punch, which ones are best for your immunity or heart, or are there to soothe your tummy.

Beyond the valuable information found within there are also over 150 Recipes for you to try out with these amazing plants and veggies.

What are the 50?

On a side note: I have browsed through this cookbook and it is my new favorite.  Some delicious recipes in there and all the information I have ever wanted to know about those produce items I know the names of, but have no idea what to do with.  Complete inspiration!

Disclosure: I was invited out for a media preview and the book launch at Melissa’s Produce

I really should get this as we do not eat nearly enough fruits and veggies. The order you listed them in- is that the order from the best to not as good?
