A delicious take on homemade fish tacos.
- Olive Oil
- 2 Serrano Peppers
- 1 Green Onion
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- Sour Cream
- 2 cups Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- Cod Fish Filet
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- In a frying pan pour in 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil or peanut oil and heat up.
- Cut up Serrano Peppers and Green Onion and saute in pan.
- Slice up cod fish filet and add into the saute peppers and onion. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Heat up flour tortillas. Add in fish to the tortilla.
- Then top with Shredded Cabbage, Shredded Cheese, Cilantro and a dab of Sour Cream.
