Disclosure: I am attending this year’s show taking place January 25th though 26th at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
I am a huge fan of travel shows. One, I get to learn about big international trips that are possible to take at these shows, but for me, being new to Northern California, I get to grab information and learn about my surroundings, and plan regional trips if I truly choose too.
The Bay Area Travel and Adventure show is taking place this weekend January 25th through 26th, 2014 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Admission to attend the show is 10 Dollars if you purchase online or 15 dollars at the door. Each ticket is valid for one day admission. They have a two day ticket available for 16 online or 24 dollars at the door. Children 16 and under are admitted “FREE.”
This year at the show, guests will have the opportunity to partake in Rock Climbing and Ziplining along with viewing different cultural performances throughout the day.
Another big part of the show is their speaker lineups including their Taste of Travel cooking stage:

Beyond the Taste of Travel Stage there are other speaker lineups including Samantha Brown, Rick Steves, Patricia Schultz and many many more. They are catering to every travel lover out there.
