Dreaming of an Alaskan Cruise!

Since it’s Whimsical Wednesday, and I’ve always dreamed of taking an Alaskan Cruise, I thought I’d share the pictures with all of you =)

Just the scenary around you as you embark upon that cruise.  Although, I’m sure the pool atop this cruise ship wouldn’t be nearly as populated as to other cruises.

 

 

 

 

 I can imagine the sunsets from here.  With such a beautiful scenery with the Alaskan Mountains throughout, the sunsets would not disappoint.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Have any of you been on an Alaskan cruise before? Did you love it?  What excursions did you partake in, and what was your favorite memory from the cruise?

 

 

 

It would be my dream to capture something like this.  This cruise must happen for me at least one time in my life.  So who’s with me? =)

A perfect way to end the day..

We have to remember if we don’t like something that is happening in our lives, it is up to us to change it, to correct it, and to hope for a better tomorrow.  If we do not put the effort in, nothing will change.  Change starts from within, but does no good unless put into action.

LA Museums

This week’s photography Monday I’m focusing in on the LA Museums!  There are so many wonderful LA museums in the area, but I’ve only gone to a few, but I’d like to share those moments with all of you!

The Getty is a photographer’s dream! Every which angle makes for a wonderful capture at this museum, and not only that, you get to see amazing beautiful art in the process!  Here are just a few of my favorite Getty shots =)

 And lets not forget about their counterpart, the Getty Villa in Malibu =)

The pillars throughout the museum really capture the time and essence of the museum, but my favorite are the gods and goddesses surrounding the little water stream.  A beautiful site, if you ask me.

And lets not forget my favorite museum of Los Angeles, LACMA

Anyway, there are some great museums in this city, including The Long Beach Museum of Art, Autry Museum, Musuem of Neon Art, and of course, Musuem of Contemporary art.  I look forward to venturing to them all =)
